Claremont-Elmwood Social is a community magazine produced for and by the 4,000 homeowners (around 12,000 residents) of the Claremont and Elmwood neighborhood where Berkeley and Oakland meet. Formerly Claremont Living, we have expanded to include residents of Elmwood with the May 2019 edition. The monthly publication is delivered free of charge to every homeowner in Claremont and Elmwood area and features profile stories about the individuals and families who live here. We also bring news of community happenings, nonprofit news, neighborhood events and gatherings, things to do, home and garden pictorials, stories on youth achievement, pet profiles, and activities of interest to the community such as hiking, biking, tennis, and swimming.
